Norwegian Coastal Voyage makes a rare offer: a "Norway Winter Wonderland" package for travel through March 31. It is $799 per person single or double and includes airfare on SAS from Washington to Bergen, with return from Oslo and a two-night cruise from Bergen to Trondheim (+ $279 for fuel surcharge and air taxes p.p.)
