Early Fall in Scandinavia

Monday September 1, 2008
With the kids back at school, and the month of August drawing to a close, the scent of an early fall hangs in the air. Fall is a wonderful time here in Scandinavia, and if you don't like the tourist crowds in the summer, just come to Scandinavia in fall. Travel prices will be lower as well!

My favorite time of the year is late September, when the weather in Scandinavia is still mild enough to visit an outdoor event, but Mother Nature has started painting the leaves on the trees, showing off Scandinavia's fall foliage in the most beautiful colors you'll ever see anywhere.
