Roskilde 2009 Even Bigger

The Roskilde 2009 warm-up is starting next weekend, and the official Roskilde 2009 festival will take place July 2-5. As a non-profit event, the ticket revenue goes to a good cause so this is a great way to enjoy some great music in Denmark and do something good at the same time.

The lineup at the 2009 Roskilde Festival includes Coldplay, Nine Inch Nails, the Pet Shop Boys, Oasis, and many more.

Over 170 bands attracted 80,000 visitors last time, and numbers have been growing every year since 1971, sometimes also depending on the somewhat unpredictable weather in Denmark in early July.
