Countless beaches are located around the city of Stavanger. This is the area where you will find many white, sandy beaches in Norway - most within a 15-40 minute drive. To get there, just follow roads 509, 507 or 44 towards the coast. That will lead you from Stavanger past several beaches, so you can pick your favorite. More about the best beaches in Norway...

What a fabulous picture! So many kids want ponies but to be able to ride them to the beach — now that’s pretty spectacular.
