The Øyafestivalen in Oslo is a major music event in Norway that offers an amazing line-up of internationally known rock and indie bands, singers, and other performers! This annual event takes place August 9-13 in 2011 and I think this is one of the "can't-miss" events when you're flying to Oslo.

Oslo is a place that I’ve always wanted to visit. I hadn’t heard about the Medieval Park before. It sounds fascinating. I really wish I could have gone earlier this year for the Z scale model railroad convention. There were some fantastic layout modules shown.
