Norway broadcaster NRK reports that more than 20 bodies were confirmed dead, increasing the day's death toll from seven. In the capital of Norway, a powerful bomb tore into the city's center Friday, in an explosion that could be heard miles away. It was the deadliest bombing ever in Oslo.
At this point, travelers in and around the Norwegian capital should check local news and radio for updates and limit travel to the center of Oslo, until a public announcement about the situation in the city has been made.

Any advice for non-Norwegian speakers? Can we get updates from the US Embassy?
