That's easy to anwer. Experience a dog sleigh race! Vindelälvsdraget is a unique dog sleigh race, a 400 km long relay during 4 days along the ice of the untouched Vindeln River in the Swedish part of Lapland. It takes place in a few weeks, in March. There is a total of 30 distances of 6-22 km each. The competition starts in the Swedish mountain village Ammarnäs and ends in Vännäsby, Sweden.

This racing event is suitable for everybody. All kinds of skiers and dogs can take part - or just come to watch! The area also offers family snowmobile races, jogging/running races, and a Salmon race.

So, if you're planning your trip to Sweden's Lapland region for March, register your name for one of the races now: Vindelälvens Tourist bureau.
