To make Norwegian Fiskepudding, you'll need these ingredients:
1 tbl soft butter
2 tbl dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 lb Cod or haddock (skinned and boned)
1 1/2 cups cream
2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbl cornstarch
Usign a pastry brush or paper towel, evenly cover a 1 1/2 quart loaf pan or similar mold with the butter and sprinkle the dry bread crumbs in it. Make sure the crumbs are evenly distributed and gently tap off excess crumbs. Cut the fish into small pieces and blend a few pieces at a time, with the cream for better pureeing. Blend the fish at high speed, and make sure to scrape down the sides of the jar with a spatula to avoid having chunks.
Continue to blend, one batch at a time, until all of the fish is a smooth puree. Remember to use the cream for a smooth puree.
