The Fiskepudding is done as soon as the top of the pudding is firm to the touch and a toothpick (or fork) in the middle comes out dry and clean.

Take the pudding out of the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Pour off all excess liquid (if any) and guide a sharp knife along the edges. How to turn it over: Put a heated plate on top of the Fiskepudding and quickly invert the two. The pudding should easily come out of the mold.

Now you're ready to serve the delicious Fiskepudding while still hot.

Go to the next step to find out how to turn the pudding into balls (optional).
